Animazzio — Workflow Animation

Understanding how a great animation is made is often invisible to the client.

With this piece, we set out to visualize our internal production process — not as a dry sequence of steps, but as a story.

The concept had been evolving for over two years.

We chose a jungle metaphor to represent the creative industry — a dynamic, competitive environment where ideas are discovered, shaped, and brought to life.

The narrative follows a single project as it moves through our pipeline:

from discovery → to scripting → to illustration → to animation → to sound → to final delivery.

Visually, the approach is more experimental compared to client work:

frame-by-frame animation to add personality and tactility
metaphor-driven storytelling instead of literal UI or product visuals
rich, illustrative environments to build immersion
seamless transitions between roles and stages

Each team member becomes part of a continuous flow — emphasizing collaboration as the core of the process.

A key highlight of this project was the exploration of frame-by-frame techniques, developed in collaboration with motion designer Olga Matiash, helping bring a more organic and expressive quality to the animation.

The final scene reinforces the central idea:

while the end product may appear simple, it carries the weight of an entire creative system behind it.
